Who runs this site
This site is the public portfolio of Ruchika Bhattacharya, based in Montreal, Quebec. Ruchika Bhattacharya is the Privacy Officer responsible for personal information handled through this portfolio. For questions, requests or complaints, email ruchika.bhattacharya25@gmail.com.
What you send
- The contact form does not store submissions on this website. It opens your email client with your brief ready to send.
- If you email Ruchika, your name, email address, company, budget, brief details and message are handled in email so she can reply to your inquiry.
- If you book through Calendly, Calendly handles the booking details under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
Inquiry details are used only to respond, prepare a quote, discuss a booking or partnership, and keep records needed for normal business, legal, tax or security purposes. Ruchika and service providers supporting email, booking and website hosting may access information only as needed to provide those services. Information is not sold.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set its own analytics, advertising or newsletter cookies. Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Vercel may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request date and time when their resources are loaded. External platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, IMDb and Calendly receive information only when you follow their links or use their services, subject to their own privacy terms.
Processing outside Quebec
Email, booking, hosting, font and script providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Their handling is governed by their own terms, privacy notices and security practices. Ruchika limits disclosure to what is reasonably required for each service.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above and any applicable legal, tax, contractual or security requirement. Records are deleted or securely anonymized when no longer required.
Your choices and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion, or make a privacy complaint by emailing the Privacy Officer. Include enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. Ruchika will review the request, confirm any identity information reasonably needed, and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Commercial follow-up
Messages are used to respond to your inquiry, quote, booking or partnership discussion. There is no automatic marketing list. Any future marketing list must add consent and unsubscribe controls before use.
Security
The site is hosted on Vercel over HTTPS and uses security headers to reduce common browser risks. Do not send sensitive personal, medical, payment or identity documents through the public contact form.
